1. Consent Text

   By checking the box before submitting the order,

   will be collected, stored, and processed by the controller for the following purposes:

   • for sending business and marketing offers and notifications from the controller.
   • for providing to third parties, which are:
     • Google Ireland Ltd, which operates the marketing tools Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Google Tag Manager. Information on how Google processes your personal data can be found here (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites)
     • Meta Platforms Inc., which operates the marketing tool Meta Pixel. Information on how Meta Platforms processes your personal data can be found here (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/).

   We may also provide your personal data to public authorities if it is in our interest or if they request it.

4. How Long Will Personal Data Be Stored?

   The controller will store personal data for as long as necessary. The controller will store personal data for no longer than 12 months.

5. How Will Personal Data Be Processed and Stored?

6. Rights of Data Subjects, Information, and Access to Personal Data

   • As a data subject, I have the right to access my personal data
   • I have the right to correct or delete them, or to restrict processing

   • I have the right to request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data
   • I have the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability (i.e., the right to obtain personal data concerning me, which I have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, see Article 20 of the GDPR Regulation).
   • I have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, if the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR Regulation. This means that I do not have such a right, especially if the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation that applies to the controller (especially obligations related to AML/CFT).
   • As a data subject, I am informed that I can withdraw consent to provide data by filling out a form on the website at www.rating-radar.ws or by sending an email to [email protected].
   • As a data subject, I have the right to request information about the processing of my personal data, which the controller is obliged to provide to me without undue delay. The content of the information is determined by Article 15 of the GDPR Regulation. The controller has the right to charge a reasonable fee for providing the information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.
   • As a data subject, I have the right to contact the controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data.
   • The controller declares that no automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR Regulation, takes place during processing.
   • The controller declares that personal data are not processed for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes.
   • The controller declares that personal data will be processed:
     • by machine (automated) using computers and computer programs
     • in written form
     • stored in the system (DB)

7. Final Provisions

   • As a data subject, I declare that I am aware of my rights under Chapter III of the GDPR Regulation.
   • I declare that all provided data are accurate and truthful and are provided voluntarily.
   • The controller declares that it will collect personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose and will process them only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected.
   • This consent is a free and informed expression of the will of the data subject, the content of which is the consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data.
